Leadership Matters

Updated: Jan 20, 2022

We understand the anger, hurt, and grief that our TRIBE is feeling due to the tragic murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery that have sparked outrage not only in America but throughout the globe.

As Black leaders, the greatest challenge we face is to eradicate racism. We can no longer hide our hurt feelings behind our professionalism. Our business titles do not negate our humanity, our pain, and our grief.

It's time for us to unite, to speak out, and mobilize our voices and our allies. We can no longer afford to be complacent. Our response during this difficult time in America's history will define our legacy and our humanity.

Our mentality must be one of LEADERSHIP, strategy, and action. We are innovative and creative leaders; let's use the collective talent, influence, and power of our TRIBE to create real and sustainable change.

Despite these trials and tribulations , WE WILL WYN Anyway!
